I graduated from West Coast College of massage therapy in 2025.

My focus is on understanding each individual’s goals, daily activities, and specific concerns to provide personalized care. Whether you are dealing with pain, tension, stress, or recovering from an injury, I am committed to supporting you with a hands-on, patient-centered approach.

Growing up in Abbotsford, I developed a love for sport through playing and coaching basketball, which gave me a deep appreciation for movement, teamwork, and the recovery process. Outside of work, you’ll find me hiking, working out, and exploring! I also have a passion for music and will DJ with my friends for fun!

With over 15 years of experience as a dedicated Physiotherapist, I bring a deep passion for healing, learning, and helping people move toward healthier, more fulfilling lives. I graduated in 2004 from Guru Nanak Dev University in India and have since continued to expand my skills through specialized certifications in Manual Therapy, Mobilization, Myofascial Release, Acupuncture, IMS, Vestibular Rehabilitation, Concussion Management, and Women’s Pelvic Health.

I strongly believe in an evidence-based, preventative approach to care,one that empowers individuals through education, support, and active lifestyle choices. My goal is to help every client understand their body, build confidence in their movement, and create long-term wellness habits that truly make a difference.

Outside of my professional life, I find joy in hiking, yoga, creative pursuits, and enjoy leisure reading.

These passions inspire my practice and remind me of the importance of balance, connection, and purposeful living.
